A survival story for two, played through ChatGPT

Twenty years after the Bloom, two settlements hold out in Ashgrove Valley. Ed has the dam: power, one road in, almost nothing that grows. Dan has the farm: food and horses, and open ground on every side. Each needs the other to see the spring.

The world runs in real time, day and night, whether anyone is watching. Your ChatGPT tells you what happened while you were away and paints the scene. You decide who gets through the gate, where the food goes, and how far you trust the leader down the valley. When a shipment comes up short, it might be bad luck. It might be them.
